A Reference Desk Specialist loves helping library customers and is an excellent multitasker, able to shift focus between many tasks throughout the day. Reference Desk Specialists use creative problem-solving skills to help customers find and use the needed resources. We seek a strong communicator with customer service experience and good computer skills. You will spend the day working at the Reference Desk, meeting the directional and informational needs of customers both in person and over the phone. Read more here.
