Complete and submit this simple survey telling us a little about you and what you enjoy most and we will match you with a custom collection of up to 25 items* that can be picked up via our convenient Curbside Pick Up Service. Another option, for those not as comfortable with the computer, call our reference desk at 419.521.3110 and a MRCPL staff member will ask you the questions on the survey in order to compile your Customized Selections.  You will be notified via our automatic notification system once your items are ready for pick up. Our experts do the work – you enjoy our selections from the comfort of your home!

I would like books, movies, and CDs for a 2-4 yr. old.
