Vintage World Series Films: The 1948 Cleveland Indians vs Boston Braves

I am a huge sports fan and since we are in Ohio I will be respectful and not tell you who my favorite teams are.   I am also a fan of historical information on some of the best sports teams or sporting events that ever took place, which is why I checked out this DVD: Vintage World Series Films: The 1948 Cleveland Indians vs Boston Braves. This is not a full replaying of the game but is mostly highlights and the best parts of the game shown within 30 minutes or so.  It was a delight to watch.  Of course the game  is in black and white and takes you back to a time when you could be really proud of being an Indian’s fan. I highly recommend this gem of a find in our video department.
