National Knock Knock Joke Day, of course!!
October 31st is usually known as Halloween but it is also a great day for knock knock jokes! Knock knock jokes can be traced all the way back to 1929, when kids would thump a stick on the ground saying, "Knock Knock. Who’s There? Buff. What says, Buff? Buff says, Buff to all his men, and I say Buff to you again." Several years after that, knock knock jokes began appearing in newspaper humor columns and later on TV shows. Today, knock knock jokes are some of the easiest and most fun jokes to tell!
Here's some great jokes to try:
Knock, knock. Who’s there? Boo. Boo hoo? Why are you crying?
Knock, knock. Who’s there? Atch. Atch who? Bless you!
Knock, knock. Who’s there? Cash. Cash who? No thanks, but I’ll take a peanut if you have one!
