Our community is excited to once again bring you the events that have helped make Ashland’s summers famous.
Become surrounded by color and grandeur as you watch dozens of hot air balloons take to the skies! Enjoy a variety of activities, including music, shows, tons of food, and Balloon Glow, when balloons are lit up to make the night come alive.
July 17-21, Guy C. Myers Memorial Bandshell
Witness history in its most compelling form–through first-person historical portrayals. Nationally-recruited scholar/actors take on the roles of historical figures, appearing in costume and presenting exciting living history performances. This year’s theme, Oceans, Rivers, and Seas, promises to enlighten and entertain with presentations “by” Herman Melville, Edith Russell, York, and more.
Summer Concert Series at Myers Memorial Bandshell
Opening Night: June 10, 6 PM
All other concerts are from 8 – 9:15 PM, Sundays and Thursdays, through August 12
Enjoy warm summer evenings filled with comedy, magic, theatre, and music–jazz, oldies, Celtic, classical and more!
Ashland Downtown Dream Cruise and Car Show
Enjoy strolling among hundreds of beautiful classic cars, then participate in a nostalgic cruise downtown! This year, the dream cruise will add an after-party event you won’t want to miss.
