Bio

Hi!  My name is Shivane, and I like to read (unlike any other person on the Board). I go to Ontario Middle School, and I am in 7th grade.  In my free time, (in case you are wondering), I play tennis, ski, swim, read and celebrate Christmas in the winter. My favorite book list is too long, and I must say there is no book series better than Harry Potter. This bio makes me sound like a loser with no life. Maybe I don’t have one. That’s for you to decide.

Instant Chocolate Cake

Whisk 1/4 cup flour, 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and a dash of vanilla extract and salt in a large mug until smooth. Microwave until puffed, about 2 minutes.

Tiramisu Trifles

Mix 1/2 pound mascarpone cheese with 3 tablespoons sugar. Dip 12 ladyfingers in 3/4 cup of espresso. Layer the mascarpone mixture and ladyfingers in glasses, breaking the cookies to fit, if necessary. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
