Book Review

Monster by Walter Dean Myers

Book Cover

Monster by Walter Dean Myers is, in my opinion, one of the best books I have ever read. The story line starts off as a teen named Steve is accused of a robbery at a convenience store that ends up with the owner dead. This book is the documentation of his trial and nearly anything relevant to the case. But this book is different than most, because before the accusation, Steve was really into making short films. So the book is written in a movie script format. It is a really unique book. It is also the only book that I have ever reread--the only book. And I have read it three times! So check out Monster by Walter Dean Myers and find out the ending to this great book!
