Heaven Is For Real: A Little Boy's Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back by Todd Burpo with Lynn Vincent

Just the other day, I stumbled upon the book Heaven is For Real by Todd Burpo, and I immediately fell in love.  As I read each page, chapter by chapter, I was consumed more and more by the magical events that took place in this inspirational story.  I can safely say that this was one of the best books I have ever read.

In the book, Todd’s three-year-old boy, Colton, had a surgery.  After many traumatic obstacles the family previously overcame, they kept their faith that their little boy would recover.  He did, but that’s not the amazing part.  As Colton’s surgery fell further and further behind them, his stories began to unfold, and they heard about his journey to Heaven.
