Book Review

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
Jane Eyre is a classic fiction piece, about a girl who lived a harsh childhood. She was orphaned at a young age and lived with her aunt and cousins. As time passed she ended up going to a poor boarding school, where she met her first true friend, Helen. After eight years at the school she became a governess. She traveled to house called Thornfield where she tutored a young girl. After staying at the house for three months, not knowing whom exactly she was working for, she finally met Mr. Rochester, the owner of the house. After their meeting, is when the story really begins. This truly is an interesting book; it has a mixture of romance and mystery. There is also movie, just released within the last month, based on the novel. After reading this, I would have to say that it is now one of my favorite books.
