Book Review
By Taylor - TAB
ttyl by Lauren Myracle
Lots of people can probably relate to this book. I know I can. If you need a good laugh then Ttyl is the perfect book to read. It's a great book for teenagers because its so relatable plus it offers advice on everything from boys to cliques to family. Ttyl is also unlike any book you’ve probably ever read. It's told entirely in instant messages. It's about three best friends trying to survive their sophomore year in high school. Even with all the drama, cliques and the insanity of high school, Maddie, Angela and Zoe are determined to stay close. They call themselves the "winsome threesome" and have been best friends since seventh grade. But suddenly things start falling apart. Zoe is head over heels in love with her teacher; boy troubles cause Angela to be down in the dumps, and Maddie forms a bond with the queen bee. But they realize the importance of friendship and being there for each other. Ttyl is the first of the trilogy, followed by ttfn and L8r G8r.
