I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore

I Am Number Four is about John Smith who lives on the run from his hunters. He is from the planet Lorien that was destroyed when he was just four years old in a giant war with the Mogadorians. In the middle of the war, John and seventeen other people were snuck off the planet to Earth. Before they left, somebody put a charm over nine of those people. Now John is on the run from the same “people” who destroyed his home eleven years ago, because they will not rest until every person on that ship has been killed. The stakes get higher when John falls in love and makes some friends and some enemies in Paradise, Ohio. What would you do if numbers 1, 2, and 3 were dead and you were number 4?
