Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser

Fast Food Nation discusses the fast food industry, how each chain was created and what the chain is doing today. Something that I found particularly interesting was the ingredients that are put in fast food. It is very shocking to hear what we are eating when we eat a Big Mac or Taco Bell taco. Fast food has become a part of everyday eating for most families; I find it to be important that people read this book. I used to love Taco Bell, however after reading this, whenever I see a Taco Bell I cringe. It took me awhile to have enough guts to read it; however, after finally reading it, I highly recommend it. Reading this will hopefully change your fast food eating habits.
