Cathy’s Key by Sean Stewart
This is the second book in the trilogy that starts with Cathy in a bus going back to San Francisco. She is still trying to help her immortal boyfriend get free from the grips of an evil immortal. This book is again about Cathy trying to get to Victor, and it leads her through twists and turns that she never could imagine.
