Sphinx’s Queen by Esther Friesner

This book is the sequel to Sphinx’s Princess. It is about the Egyptian queen Nefertiti and how she became queen. Nefertiti is on the run after false accusations posed in the first novel. She is with her two friends, and they must overcome many obstacles in order to get justice. I really enjoyed both of these books. I learned a lot about Nefertiti, and I strongly encourage you to put them on your “to read” list.
