Squirt Gun Painting

We’ll be using squirt guns loaded with tempera paint to create abstract artwork on canvas. You can also use stencils and tape to create more structured designs if that’s more your style!

Intro to Tai Chi for Health

This class is an introduction to Tai Chi which is an ancient Chinese art of gentle and flowing movements. With regular practice the objective of Tai Chi is to achieve physical balance by strengthening muscles and improving co-ordination, while at the same time improving mental balance.
