Exercise your mind and body this summer!  Explore fitness, health & wellness, nutrition, and stress relief.  Come in to pick up your Adult SLP Participation Guide.  You can participate through reading, attending programs, and games to earn prize tickets.

Basic Yoga at the Library

A non-threatening, easy introduction to the practice of yoga.  Class will be led by Mansfield Y instructor Anu Joshi.  Please bring your own mat or towel.
