Ohio - the Nerdiest State

Ohioans just don't get much respect. Last Monday, a humor web site, "dedicated to one simple goal: making you laugh" posted a United States of Shame chart, touting things that each state is worst at. Ohio's supposed dubious distinction is being the Nerdiest State - based on the highest per capita number of visits to libraries. Now, we're not objective, but we think that's something Ohioans can be very proud of! We library folk are going to wear that Nerdiest State badge with a great deal of pride - and we hope you will too.
