Summer Library Program, for children, teens and adults, has begun!
Imagine being able to fly, spin webs, breathe underwater, even disappear... Join us as we dedicate the day to our favorite superheroes with stories, crafts, and other superpower activities. Come dressed as your favorite superhero if you wish. All ages.
Come and get "SPOONED," which is a lot better than getting forked or knifed! The Spoon Man gives a real stirring performance. Everyone will really eat him up. It's a spoonful of family fun.
Don't miss the June Summer Library Program performers at the Lucas Branch Library! Join us on Tuesdays in July at 2:30 PM.
Storytime at the Lucas Branch Library will resume in the fall. Thank you to all the families that attended Storytime this winter and spring!
Trump your opponents in a euchre battle for the ages. We'll teach newcomers the rules and nuances of the classic card game. We play the first Thursday night of each month from 5:30 to 8 PM.
Sign up at the branch or call 419-892-2576 for Euchre Night.
Explore the rich imagination of Mansfield born author Louis Bromfield, conservationist and creator of Malabar Farm, in The Bromfield Book Club.
Each month we’ll read one of Bromfield’s novels and meet at Malabar Farm State Park for the “Bromfield Book Club.” This club is designed for enthusiasts of Bromfield’s books, but also for those who haven’t read his work before. If you’re interested in Bromfield, farming, conservation, or local history, you’ll be amazed by what you learn in the club.
The Bromfield Book Club Summer Schedule
