Bio: Pensudar
Hey everyone. I’m 12 years old and go to Malabar Middle School. I’m in seventh grade. Call me the tall one. I love to read, but there are many things I love, for example: swim team, writing, TV, and of course, COMPUTER!! I love reading the girliest of all books, but then again, I am a huge Harry Potter fan! I love series like Gossip Girl, Simon Pulse Romantic Comedies, and the one and only, Harry Potter. This is my first year on the Teen Advisory Board, and I hope to have many, many more.
Book Review:
The Gossip Girl Series
by Cecily Von Ziegesar
You may have heard about the new TV hit, Gossip Girl on the CW. But have you heard of the #1 New York Times book series? Well, in my opinion, it’s one of the best book series that I’ve ever read. I’d rate it a 5 out of 5. Though, if you’re younger (grades 4-6), you should read it when you are a little older. Now they have released a prequel!! It’s a must read: enjoy!

DEAR TABBY,
My best friend, Sarah*, has just started being home schooled. I miss her. I feel like she ditched me to live in the world on my own. It’s just not the same without her. I don’t see her friendly face in the halls anymore. We have seemed to lose our touch. She used to be the leader of our own little clique. I miss her so much! She never answers her phone! And when she does, she doesn’t talk. Am I losing my best friend? What should I do?
Help!
Lonely in Lexington
Dear Lonely,
You two should try to keep in touch. Heard of MySpace? Try that out. If your parents don’t let you have one, try out email, or just simply calling each other. Try to go places with her. Go to the mall or just simply hang out. Call her up, if she just ignores you that means something is wrong. Just talk anyway: she probably is just listening to you.
Love,
Tabby
