I’m in the 8th grade at Ontario Middle School. I love to read and write. My favorite book series is Maximum Ride by James Patterson. I also like to play basketball, softball, and soccer.

Book Review:
Schooled
by Gordon Korman
Schooled is a classic fish out of water tale. Capricorn (Cap) Anderson is forced to move into a social worker’s home after his grandmother, Rain, falls out of a tree. Because Cap was previously home schooled, everyone thinks he’s weird with his tie-dyed shirts and homemade shoes. After Cap gets elected as 8th grade class president, his, and everyone else’s worlds get turned upside down.
I enjoyed Schooled because it has great twists and turns. It also has an interesting surprise ending.
