Bio: Brenda
My name is Brenda, but I’m more commonly known as “Puff.” At this point in my life, I have five jobs that keep me pretty busy. I am also a police explorer and enjoy every second of it. Any free time I may have is usually spent reading or writing. I am currently a junior in high school, and plan on joining the military upon graduation. I hope you as a reader enjoy TAB’s newsletter, “Paper Cut,” and have a great year!
Book Review: Jack the Ripper
by Mark Whitehead and Miriam Rivett
I’ve always enjoyed books that make me think, and pretty much anyone that knows me is aware that I’m a bit of a crime buff. When I read about an unsolved case, I have a tendency to obsess over the facts that surround the case. In the late 1800’s a man known only as Jack the Ripper terrorized the streets of London. This case has fascinated criminal buffs and scientists for well over one hundred years. The book I strongly recommend that will help you learn more about this case is entitled, Jack the Ripper by Mark Whitehead and Miriam Rivett. It is an excellent read and will keep you guessing.

Movie Review:
Young Frankenstein
Young Frankenstein is about the next generation of mad scientists in the Frankenstein family. It follows the efforts of the young Dr. Frankenstein who is trying not to follow the footsteps of his predecessor, only to do so, but in a hilarious manner. If you liked The Princess Bride, you will like this film. So sit back and enjoy the many laughs this film has to offer. |
