Family Story Time
These story times are for families with children of all ages. A variety of wonderful stories and enjoyable library activities will be shared. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate with their children. Come share some fun with us!
Baby Story Time
Children from 6 to 24months (pre-walkers and walkers) and their caregivers participate in these programs of rhymes, songs, lap games, stories, music, interactive activities and books sharing time.
This program helps develop language skills and is a great way to meet other new parents.
Toddler Story Time
Children 2 – 3 years and their caregivers will enjoy this lively program of songs, rhymes, movement, imaginative activities and book sharing time.
This program introduces children to the literature and rhymes of early childhood and encourages group participation.
Pre-school and Kindergarten Story Time
A special story time for the “big kids”, ages 4 and 5, who are ready to participate in group activities on their own. Storytimes offer the best in books, music and movement activities to encourage children to become lifelong readers.
(Parents / caregivers must remain in the Library building during these programs.)
