The newspapers that are indexed are a scattering of papers from 1828 through 1899, 1900 though a part of 1903 and 1955 to the present. The indexing is an on going project and we add about 1 year of newspapers per year.

Newspaper Index - Indexes newspapers we own on microfilm.
The Newspaper Index contains citations only from most Richland County newspapers. The citation will contain the name of the paper, page number and date. For a copy of a complete article cited in the index, call the Sherman Room (419) 521-3115 or
email: genealogy@mrcpl.org. The newspapers that are indexed are a scattering of papers from 1828 through 1899, 1900 though a part of 1903 and a part of 1956 to the present. The indexing is an on going project and we add about 1 year of newspapers per year.
